Maintaining and repairing is a fundamental part of managing a property. We undertake all aspects of property maintenance and in administering service contracts on behalf of the client.
These will typically include such items as gardening and cleaning, day to day maintenance items, drain and gutter clearances, electrical faults, entryphones, fire alarms, etc
We can assist in the provision of security personnel, caretakers, and porterage.
Where plant and machinery exist such as lifts, boilers, water tanks and pumps, and solar panels, it is important for these to be maintained. Apart from the health and safety aspects, regular maintenance and servicing will assist highlighting any issues more quickly, and preserve the equipments longevity.
Fire, Asbestos and General Risk Assessments and where there are legislative and statutory requirements such as water treatment and electrical inspections are an important factor in the management of each property.
Major repairs and refurbishment projects to external and internal areas can be arranged for our in house Building Surveying Department.
We can arrange for Insurance quotations, reinstatement valuations, and assisting with insurance claims.
Size Of Property
At 1 Residential we can manage anything from 2 to 400 units. We manage anything from small victorian houses converted in to flats to huge London riverside developments.
